The basin of Savona is situated in the Eastern area of the city, at 44° 18' 36" Latitude North and 8° 29' 42" Longitude East, with 2 accesses: the first directly to the Deep Water Wharf, the second into the former historical port. The basin of Vado Ligure is located in the Western area of the territory, at 44° 16' Latitude North and 8° 26' Longitude East with favourable depth, dedicated to oil products. The building where are the headquarters of the Port Authority overlooks the Vecchia Darsena (Old Dock) as well as the port. Offices can be reached very easily, both from Genoa or Ventimiglia, since they are located on the coast road Aurelia just in front of the Marina.
